They were under construction, so only one Drive Thru lane was open. We were here waiting about 20 minutes. We also got the wrong item. I understand things probably were a bit crazy inside, but that was frustrating.
The food was fresh and hot but I waited 15 minutes for it also no napkins in the bag and the money collector did not greet me or thank me
Went here last night (11/27/2017) around 6pm. Ordered my food to go and got it within 5-7 minutes which was good for how busy they were, however, I never got my Carmel frappe until 15 minutes later. My brother also ordered three McDoubles and a medium fry. We waited 15 minutes for his food and then they forgot the medium fries! On top on all of this, one of his McDoubles were missing everything except for cheese. Mcdonalds not doing their job right. I would give this location a 1 star BUT the kids at the front counter were very nice and polite which was the best part about this experience.
Now has table service. Everyone who works here is nice and helpful. The best fries anywhere.
This establishment does very well on service. Obviously we are talking about McDonald's, so the food quality is average at best, with the exception of the buttermilk chicken tenders, with the signature sauce these are very close to Raising Cane's quality. For the price, and the rare exceptional service I give this one a fast food 5 star. Also very clean.
