Our favorite local place to grab lunch! My toddler and I love to share a homemade cookie when we are out for walks in the summer time.
Went here accidentally, meaning to go to the cafe next door, but was drawn in by the adorable appearance of Fifth Street Cafe. The person greeting us adapted quickly to our party of 6, even though the cafe was a little on the smaller side. We ordered coffees to start (Hemisphere; pretty decent) and several different menu items for our breakfast. Everything was super delicious--pancakes and waffles were fluffy and not too sweet, portions were perfect for filling you up and not making you feel stuffed, and hash browns were nice and crispy. Service was nice, and the restaurant was a comfortable setting. Will definitely be returning in the future to show off our little town or Marysville.
I went here once and just had to come back again. They have some of the best coffee and in my opinion they have the best breakfast food in town! I recommend it to all my friends and family!
The waitress was good, but there was no manager at the restaurant. Ordered scrambled eggs, what I got was 2 over-hard eggs sliced up into thin slices.. Not scrambled eggs. With no manager to notify the cook, replacing the food would be useless, the servers comp your food but what does that solve in the end with a cook that didn't even know how to cook basic scrambled eggs.
Wasn't my cup of tea. I had the breakfast bagel. Everything bagel with egg, sausage and cheese with hash browns. The bagel was pretty bland and the "hash browns" seemed like mashed potatoes cooked in a George Foreman grill. I had a frappuccino and that was excellent. Not good enough to bring me back. Hopefully they find a better source for the bagels. The baked goods at the counter looked good but I didn't try them.
