This place DESPERATELY NEEDS MONEY PUT INTO IT! WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH ALL OF THE LOT RENT AND RENT YOU'RE COLLECTING?! LET ALONE ALL OF THE EXTRA MONEY YOU FIND A WAY TO CHARGE EVERYONE! WHAT'S THE POINT WHEN YOU SPEND HARDLY ANY OF IT ON THE TRAILER PARK?! FIX THE GOD AWFUL STREETS, GET THE NASTY TRAILERS TORE DOWN AND CLEAN IT UP AROUND THERE! YOU EXPECT MORE FROM YOUR RENTERS THAN YOU EXPECT FROM YOURSELF! HELLO SLUMLORD!
I have a list of problems with this place but the most important are my electrical issues that DO NOT get fixed! It is a fire hazard! And my leaking windows right above outlets and rotting my floor! If I could give 0 stars I would because it doesn't even deserve 1!
After 5 months of waiting to have a door replaced that was promised to be fixed the first week I moved in, they have a man come to install a new one, after 4hours of smashing the new door frame with a hammer he says he done and now it won't shut unless you absolutely slam it... Rotten floors, leaking Windows, light switched that crackle and pop... I could've installed the same door in 30 min.
New management is here! Getting this done quickly and professional. Good things on the horizon!
