Restaurant was basically empty.. waitress never came back to the table after food drop...waited for 15 mins for a to go box.. no refills.. no bill.. Finally walked to the counter with plate of food.. waitress standing there, with a dirty look on her face.. no aplogies, handed me a to go container and handed the bill off to the cashier.. he asked how everything was, explained the situation.. he said after it slows down the servers get side tracked with clean up.. perhaps you should leave one in the dining room to attend to customers, without us you won't have any clean up.. it will look like the Hilliard location!
Worst Service ever!! Waiter kept forgetting everything. No drink refills and she could careless. Pretty much like the manager acted also!! He knew better than to ask how our visit was!!
Service here is hit and miss. If you come in the day time you get a little better service. Tonight when I went I ordered the salad bar and a mushroom and swiss burger. The salad bar was not cleaned well. Salad dressing was in the cheese and vegetables were scattered every where all over the bar. The mushroom and swiss burger I ordered had very little mushrooms and onions on it. I actually had to ask for a side order of mushrooms and onions. The server would not bring out more drinks so I actually had to ask her to bring out two at a time. Let's just say I am boycotting this Frisch's. This is the third time I have been there with bad service :(
We had to wait forever to be sat. Then we waited even longer food. Our drinks didn't come until we were almost done eating our meal and we got no refills. A group that came after us got food and drinks before our drinks. It wasn't even busy and our server stood around doing nothing. We didn't even get our bill till we walked up to the register and asked another server about it.
Evelyn always takes great care of us. We are so glad she is back. She knows our orders by heart.
