No complaints here! Very short wait to see a doctor when we went. The visit did move along a bit quickly, but in my opinion that isn't unreasonable for urgent care. The doctor and nurse made sure I had all the info I needed, the receptionist was kind, and all in all it was a far less painful experience than it could've been. Definitely recommend them if you're in the Marysville area and need care sooner than you can get in to see your primary doctor.
Update: Today (3 days after my visit) they called to follow up and make sure I was feeling better. I really appreciated that, and it gained them a lot of respect in my book!
Went in for a head cold. 45 dollar co-pay per my policy. Given 3 prescriptions. 8 days later no improvement. Wanted me to pay another 45 dollars to come back to give me more meds and a chest xray. No problem in chest. No way. This is ridiculous.
We always get help no reason to complain
Thought my daughter broke her foot. And they did stays and they said it was a sprang. The Dr said, to try and stay off of it. So she did that and was fine in a few days.
I am very happy with the care here! I waited less than 10 minutes in the waiting room and only a few minutes in the room for the doctor. After it was determined that I needed a minor surgical procedure, the doctor took the time to explain to me step by step what was going to be done, why it was being done, and what recovery was going to be like. She answered all of my questions and made an unpleasant time as pleasant as possible. I returned 2 days later at their direction for a follow-up (which I preferred, instead of being referred back to my family doctor) and had the same great care and friendly staff interactions. The longest wait was for my new patient paperwork to be processed on my first visit. Very clean and updated facility! Overall an excellent experience!
