Cleanliness is so so. But staff is nice and attentive.
Never fails could be two cars in drive through and you will be waiting at least 20 min. When there are more than that, you might as well get a book out. It will be a long time..... Guess what nothing has changed I am sitting in drive through already for 10min and one car has moved. DON'T COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO BURN!
Worse customer service. See the picture about the kind of chalupas they make! No sour cream or tomatoes! Just a little bit of beans, lettuce and cheese as nothing. Very negligible customer service. Do not hear the customers properly. Even though asked to substitute beef with beans, they dont care. They will still give you beef. It takes half an hour to get food from drive through even though there is one car ahead
Never a bad experience or time when making a late night run to the great Taco Bell. Love their food. A little overpriced but cheap tacos and great taste, not a bad deal. I don't mind the wait, although sometimes it can get a little lengthy, the wait is expected due to my knowledge of how many people like tacos. Worker interaction is always good too! #LivMas
If you want taco bell at night, just drive to Dublin because Marysville night crew can't seem to ever get it together.
Day crew is awesome, i will say that. They're fast, the food is good and most of the time correct. They got good customer service. Kudos to day crew!
Night crew however, LOL! Literally every time I go, something is wrong. They never give us receipts. The food is gross. The customer service is garbage. They forget stuff. The soda machine is never changed and so its bubbly water. They don't give us utensils, napkins, sauce. We order and pay for supreme and they forget it. Tonight I ordered steak tacos and got beef instead and i can't eat beef on night crew because its always overcooked and gross.
