We have stayed at this Comfort Inn several times. Our most recent visit was in August, 2017. We were disappointed when the bathroom in the room we checked in to was being used by workers cleaning the carpets. We brought this to the attention of the hotel staff but the hotel was booked. There was no attempt to get housekeeping to come clean the bathroom. We were told that we would be compensated for our "inconvenience" but at check out we were given nothing. When I followed up several days later with a call to the hotel I was promised that it would be looked in to and that the manager would get back in touch with me. This did not happen. We are disappointed in this turn of events since we are Choice Platinum members and generally find Comfort Inns to be above average.
1. Mattress creaked & completely decompressed in multiple places.
My advice, KEEP GOING!
2. Key cards continually didn't work after multiple reprogramings.
Not good at all. Not the first time getting a bad room either @comfort inn. Ceiling has leaked before and they painted over it. Fan in bathroom sounds like there is a deck of cards in the motor. Paper thin walls. Paper thin floor also. Creaks and cracks everywhere. Came back from work at 3 am to the smell of burnt vinegar mustiness.
3. From the owner down their time CONSISTENTLY was more important than ours. Pool closed BEFORE 10pm, breakfast was not refilled/then completely cleaned up BEFORE 9:30, key cards turned off BEFORE official check out time requiring staff to open doors to get last load into the car.
Good room for it's value. Not the friendliest greeting when we arrived at the hotel, but got everything done right at check in. The room could use a fresh smell as opposed to the dusty and old smell that I got. The bathroom was clean and neat. Depending on future rates, I might stay there again in the future. However, I would suggest to stay at a different hotel if the price is not an important factor.
I love this place. Just checked in. Came from Quality Inn and it was not so great. This place, rocks. Laundry area,big comfy couch in the room,beautiful room. Its clean and smells fresh, not like ciggs. Keep on being awesome.
