I can't say enough about this place. From the coaches, facilities, programming, and the 184 community. All are top notch. Zev has done an incredible job. My wife and I highly recommend Crossfit 184. It will change your life.
This is my home away from home. While the programming, coaching, and athletes are top notch the atmosphere at the gym is what makes it the most amazing place. The people you spend your time sweating with are beyond encouraging and if you don't meet a few friends on your first day I would be surprised. While crossfit can be intimidating I think if you can just bring yourself to take a deep breath, walk in the door, and give this place a fighting chance you will be more than pleasantly surprised.
I was an out-of-town drop in for a Friday afternoon class. Eric was a great trainer and the other members were very friendly. Nicely equipped box. Great experience and recommend others to give them a try.
I had been doing crossfit a year and a half before starting at 184. I have to say I've seen more progress then I could've imagined in these past few months of joining 184! I love the atmosphere! Everyone here is here to support one another. No man is left behind during tough workouts because the ones who struggle the most have the loudest cheering section! So happy this is my crossfit home!
The coaches are knowledgeable and willing to adjust workouts to suit individual need. The emphasis on moving better is the reason they set themselves apart from other boxes. The coaches often remind athletes that a PR is not worth an injury. This results in atheletes getting stronger and perfecting a movement and then lifting heavy. I highly recommend this box to anyone that wants to try Crossfit.
