When ever there's an issue with one of their products they take ownership of the issue and get it fixed asap.

They have bed bugs! These people that are giving 5 stars are friends of the employees and are lying. It's not possible to give 0 stars. We rented furniture from this company and it had bed bugs in it. We spent weeks upon weeks trying to get rid of them. Almost 3 months. We had to remove all items from our closets and dressers and were not allowed to use them or put them back until the exterminator said we could. We lived like we were in a hotel all that time instead of being in our own home. We were still within the 120 days same as cash and they didn't want to give us our money back. Then on top of all of the bug issues my 3 yr old son found a bottle of pills wedged in between the cushions. He brought them to me asking if he could "eat these candies" I'm so thankful he couldn't get them opened himself and wasn't able to put them in his mouth. They still refuse to give us our money back and a complete joke. Never do business with them. Save up and go to big lots or to American freight. Their furniture is just as nice and you won't have to deal with showplace.

I'll give credit with a one start for the fact that Tim, the manager, helped us out with a matter of one of their delivery drivers was very rude and he took care of it and our payment. What gets me is that when my boyfriend has had emergency surgery and knocked us back on our payment for a few weeks, they were not understanding at all. They wanted the money NOW or our stuff was gone. Even after saying we'd pay whatever we could once we got paid after a couple weeks. The lady wasn't understanding. I understand they helped us out in the beginning due to the inconvenience of their rude delivery driver, but when something happens out of our control and puts someone's life on the line with surgery, they just don't care. Go to Rent A Center. They are more understanding.
